Shipping

Currently we will ship to any state within the U.S. for FREE. If you live in a U.S. territory or in another country please contact us at sales@armpod.com to complete your order. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 7 to 10 business days of the date of your order. You should receive an email from the USPS informing you when the shipment has been received at the post office.

Warranty Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged, or if within 90 days of receiving your Armpod® you determine that your product has defects not caused by your personal use, we will exchange your Armpod® for a new one. To complete your exchange, just contact us via email at sales@armpod.com with an explanation of what happened to your Armpod®. We will pay the shipping costs to send you a replacement product, but ask that you pay for the shipping fees to send the product back to us.

Returns

If for any reason you determine that you do not want to keep your Armpod®, just contact us via email at sales@armpod.com within 14 days of receiving your product and we will fully refund your purchase. Products being returned must be in new and unopened condition, including the packaging. You should expect your credit card to reflect the refund within 4 to 6 weeks of the return. We ask that you pay for the shipping costs to return the product to us.
