The ARMPOD® was born in Denver, Colorado by a father of four who loves to record his children's events, but became frustrated holding up his arm to capture his family's events. While filming activities such as recitals, plays and sporting competitions his arm would get tired, oftentimes to the point where he stopped filming because it was so uncomfortable.

This discomfort not only led to him pausing to rest for portions of the activity that he would have preferred to record, but the quality of what he did record was typically low due to the resulting arm jerking caused by the arm and shoulder fatigue. He knew that tripods were too bulky and cumbersome. He knew that he wanted to keep the camera in his hands. The result was the obvious solution - put something under your arm to provide support.

Now, with ARMPOD®, he can use his video camera that same way he always has, only now, there is NO fatigue, NO low quality video, and most importantly, NO MISSED MEMORIES.
